RTPM is the sole UK distributor for OEEsystems (of Ireland) and their ‘PerformOEE’ solution; a solution designed to enhance any manufacturing process. PerformOEE will maximise output, up-time, quality, and visibility of all shop floor assets while KPI’s, exceptional events or conditions, and performance reports become visible to all levels of the organisation, creating a culture of continuous improvement. The 100% accurate shop floor data, automatically captured, provides focus and accountability to improve profitability and provide payback on the investment within months of implementation.

How Does PerformOEE Work?

The PerformOEE solution maps manufacturing data from people, processes, equipment, and systems. It then converts this data into operational actions and interactive reports that our customers can utilise to analyse, identify and qualify root-causes and opportunities, interact in real-time to deliver instant results, and deliver results by managing projects for Operational Improvement.

Using the PerformOEE solution customers can monitor and substantially improve OEE (Performance: potential throughput vs. actual throughput; Availability: planned production time vs. actual production time; and Quality: good product vs. losses and rework) – with typical increases in OEE of 10-30%.

Because PerformOEE delivers 100% accurate real time data it allows our customers to (among other things); minimise downtime - whether down to machine breakdown, change-overs and set-ups, operators, under-utilised assets, etc.; increase throughput and capacity; reduce scrap/waste; and tackle operator issues. PerformOEE also enables our customers to dispense with (again among other things); poor maintenance response times; estimated and inaccurate job costing; inaccurate machine standards; and the inability to have full visibility of the manufacturing process – from different areas, systems, lines (manual, semi-automated, and fully automated), products, batches, and so on.
